Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Please read these terms before ordering. They explain who we are, how purchases work and the rights and responsibilities that apply when you use ticomart.uk.

1. About us

This website is operated by TicoMart. References to “TicoMart”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating ticomart.uk.

  • Website: ticomart.uk
  • Email: info@ticomart.uk

2. Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s account, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the website unreasonably or use its content in a misleading or fraudulent way.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to us is complete and accurate and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing updates or photography. Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product availability can change without notice. We may correct obvious descriptions, specifications or pricing errors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website, including GBP or USD where available. Currency conversions may be estimates and your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

The final product price, delivery charge and any taxes collected by us will be shown at checkout before you place the order. Please see our Shipping Policy for UK delivery information.

5. Placing an order and forming a contract

  1. Products placed in your basket are not reserved.
  2. Submitting an order is your offer to purchase the selected products.
  3. An automatic acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.
  4. A binding contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires an earlier point.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, purchase limits apply, or an obvious pricing or description error has occurred. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method. Payments may be handled by independent payment providers and remain subject to their security checks and terms.

We may delay fulfilment while payment, address or fraud checks are completed. We do not normally receive or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery availability, charges and estimates are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption or incorrect address details, may affect delivery. Under UK consumer rules, goods will normally be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them. Ownership passes once we receive full payment.

8. Cancelling an order

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you normally have the legal right to cancel an eligible order without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period normally runs from receipt of the final part.

To cancel, send a clear statement to info@ticomart.uk before the cancellation period expires. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning a cancelled order. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop has diminished the value of the goods.

9. Returns, refunds and faulty goods

Our voluntary return arrangements and instructions are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. That policy forms part of these terms but does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.

Where the legal cancellation right applies, refunds normally include the price paid and the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered by us. Any additional premium delivery cost is not normally refundable. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and within the period required by law.

Cancellation rights may not apply to certain products, including personalised goods, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, geographical limits and product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by an obvious error, misuse or fraud, without limiting orders already lawfully accepted.

11. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, text, graphics and other content owned by or licensed to us are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and make reasonable personal use of the website, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

12. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with our store and marketing. We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant or promotional submissions.

13. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps.

Nothing on the website is professional medical, legal or technical advice. Follow product instructions and safety warnings and use products only for their intended purpose.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use services provided by third parties, such as payment processors and delivery companies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or their content. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

15. Privacy and cookies

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and your choices is available in our Cookie Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our services or business practices. The terms applying to an order are normally those available when the order was placed. The latest version will be posted here with its updated date.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of the country or part of the UK where you live. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. General terms

If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than you and us has a right to enforce the contract, except where the law provides otherwise.

19. Contact

For questions about an order or these terms, email info@ticomart.uk, use our contact form, or write to the registered address above.
